Title: Finding Erich Jantsch’s Five Crucial Innovations: A Study of Four Small Colleges

As Associate Dean of Business, I lead the School of Business, Management, and Leadership and supervise the department chairs and faculty to support the strategic and operational direction of academic programs within the school.

I helped Centivo achieve its mission through three distinct initiatives: talent acquisition, workforce development, and supporting company growth and culture.

Led high-level projects for the unit of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning. Co-chaired the Middle States Steering Committee. Developed and co-led the new strategic planning process for the college. Co-led K12 Partnerships, including Summer Camps. Developed the campus’ policy archive, which contains all of the campus’ policies, handbooks, and manuals in one location. Founded and led the Institute for Teaching Innovation.

Managed the Center for Online Learning & Innovation. Oversaw the discovery, creation, testing, and implementation of innovative educational technologies. Coordinated trainings and consultations offered by the Center.
